Teaching brings me great satisfaction from seeing young minds reach goals and gain confidence in themselves. 

I look at teaching projects carefully, for compatibility with the client and  reducing as much as possible chance for later misunderstandings, so as to make learning/teaching as much fun and rewarding as we can.
